Ms. Agarwal has diversified experience as a Senior Business Analyst in Finance and Healthcare domain. She has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in root cause analysis and ability to resolve problems and attention to detail. Ms. Agarwal has a Master of Science (M.S.) in Health Information Technology from George Mason University, Virginia and also Master of Finance from Banaras Hindu University, India. She has leveraged her excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills in projects across wide variety of State and Federal Programs.
Ms. Agarwal is currently working as a Senior Quality Control Analyst with Platinum Business Services for Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) program delivering high quality documents, and assisting the project in multiple functional and technical capabilities. Prior to this, Ms. Agarwal has experience in project coordination leading to successful execution of the DC Government Medicaid System. With her financial background and extensive working knowledge of various OMB circulars A-11, A-123, and the federal budget formulation process, Ms. Agarwal assisted the General Services Administration (GSA) agency develop Budget Digests on various federal funds. Ms. Agarwal has also successfully conducted independent research on the EHR (Electronic Health records) Certification process from patient safety perspective providing a view of the impact of EHR software certification on patient safety.
